Find team members is a nightmare

So as Scott handed his notice in on Tuesday (30/06/2020), it left me with the long and arduous task of finding a replacement. A task that I fucking hate for many reason, its never easy and in the are of Somerset I live nearly impossible.
The hardest part of finding someone to work isn't getting applications in, its actually get any fucker to turn up to an interview, last position I had open was posted for 2 months before I found Scott, I had only 6 application in that time (not including Scott), guess how many people turned up to there interview?.. NONE... no fucker came and not even one gave a excuse or apologised, wankers, well at least I know who they are so if they apply again and really want a job, they won't get one. Part of the people is that 16 hours+ jobs round here no one wants, because people would rather be given money than work for it.
Another reason people don't want the job is because you have to work Fridays and Saturdays, I mean come on, get a fucking grip, you want to have the lastest iPhone, PS4, beers in the fridge and 55inch OLED TV you need to fucking work, and don't bitch that there isn't work you jumped up prick, it's there, you just don't want to miss going on on Saturday night and posting pics of you and your mates fucked out of your head, in some drip of a person's back garden, as a profile picture the next day, thinking people will look at that photo and think "their so cool" no... everyone thinks your a bellend, its dark out side, why are you all wearing caps??? fuck off. Look at the most successful people in the world, who started from nothing, how many of them said I'm not working its a Weekend, fucking none of them, get a fucking grip.
As you can tell by this post, that I do not enjoy finding new staff members, its the worst, however I'd like to take a moment to wish Sick note (aka Scott) all the best on his new life, as hes moving away for a fresh start.
Thanks for reading
